TERMS OF SERVICE

Buying from me is an automatic agreement to this TOS

General

- I hold the rights to all creations i've made.
- I can post your commissioned piece on any of my social media platforms/websites.
- I will not work with people actively involved with NFTs.

- You may use your commissioned art for personal use
(such as profile pictures, roleplay, decoration, making physical items with the art on it For yourself only.)
- You may post your commissioned piece. Please credit me via username or link if you do.
- My art can add financial value to your character.
- I work with multiple people at once.

- You may not sell commissioned artwork as merchandise UNLESS we have discussed it prior.
- You may not sell my artwork as NFTs. Doing so will result in immediate blacklisting, a call-out, and potential further action.
- I retain the right to have any piece removed if it violates my Terms of Service.
- You may not trace the art youve purchased from me and claim it as your own.
- You may not edit my artwork without my permission. I can provide small changes free of charge upon request.

Response Times

- I work Monday - Friday.
- Weekdays: i try to respond within 48 hours.
- Weekends (Sat-Sun): Do not expect a response from me until Monday.
- I "clock out" at night time and wont respond until morning.
- Due to ADHD, I navigate "social burnout" more often. Responses might take longer on some days. Rest assured, i will always respond.

Communication and Updates

- I will update if something comes up, gets in the way, or if we havent talked in a while
- I will ask many questions and have frequent communication throughout the process.
- You may message me for updates, questions, or anything else.
- Please try not to message me for an update every few hours or every day. I work on multiple pieces at once.
- I also have a Trello

WIPS

My drawing process is broken up into stages:

- Youll recieve a "work in progress" picture for each stage, this gives you the opportunity to make corrections, adjustments, or suggestions.
- I will not move onto the next stage until youve approved the WIP i sent you.
- IMPORTANT: Once youve approved a stage: i will not go back to make changes. Example: Once ive started colors, i wont change lines.- I will make an exception for this for an extra fee to accommodate the extra work ($10-$15).
- Extra WIPs can be provided if you ask or if i feel like updating you!

Payment

- Payment is required upfront.
- Payment plans can be discussed, but arent garaunteed.
- I take Square, Stripe, Cashapp, Venmo, and Paypal.
- I prefer to pay by invoice.
- I will NOT accept cryptocurrency.

ETA , Due dates, and Rushes

- Time of completion will vary depending on the request, my queue, and my life circumstances. Typically, you can expect your piece anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months.
- Please tell me if there's a due date before paying.
- If you need me to complete it faster, it will cost an extra "rush/priority fee" of $15 (or more if the commission request is larger than typical.)

Refunds

- I will not give out refunds once the piece is completed.
- If I no longer feel comfortable working with you, i can offer a full refund at anypoint.
- I will always offer a refund if i can not complete your drawing for a reason thats my doing.
- If ive already started on your piece, i will only refund the amount that hasnt been completed yet. Unless otherwise stated
- I will not offer refunds just because i havent completed a commission within 2-8 weeks.
- In the unlikely chance youve waited a year or longer for your piece with no updates or communication from me, you are owed a full refund.

I WILL DRAW

- Furries, Animals, Humans, Humanoids, Monsters, Aliens
- All body types (Skinny, Chubby, Fat, Muscular, Cisgender, Transgender, disabled etc)
- Illustrations, Gore, LGBT friendly art, comics, experimental pieces, Suggestive work, and new ideas i havent listed on my commission sheet (Ask).

I WILL NOT DRAW

- Anything discriminatory, homophobic, transphobic, racist, sexist, antisemetic. Unless specifically meant to be against the bigotry.
- Sexual Intercourse
- Specific fetishes

Adoptables, Customs, and Designs

- Upon purchasing a design, you own the character rights. You can change its gender, species, appearance, story, etc.
- You may not claim the original design itself as your own work. Even after ive sold the character, i remain the creator of the design.
- You may resell the adoptable for the amount you paid for. You can only sell the character for a higher price if there is extra art.
- You may trade or gift the design.
- You may not claim the original reference sheet or "Starter art" as your work.

NSFW

Requirements
- Must be 18+.
- If your age isnt in your bio, youll need to provide something that proves your age. (Id appreciate it if you did that regardless. But its not required unless im suspicious.)
- Character must also be 18+.
- "Aged up" fandom characters dont count.I mainly draw suggestive work and nudity. Things that are sexual and attractive in nature but not "too extreme". I do not post my NSFW works publicly.This means ill do things like sexual poses, aesthetically drawn nudity, sexual expressions, nsfw text bubbles, suggestive clothing, etc.What i will draw
- Furries, Humanoids, all bodies, Aliens, lovers, Non-monogamy, Some kink content.What i wont draw
- Feral nsfw // regular animals.
- Disrespectful or bigoted work.
- Animal genitalia.
- 2+ characters having penetrative intercourse.
- Some kink content.
